Great Problems to Have

God is really taking the lid off our cell groups at this time. Many of our groups are experiencing explosive growth. The group that gathers at my townhouse had 16 last night with more wanting to attend, which leads me to the problem. Cells leaders have to deliberatley raise up those who will be able to help them birth new groups. New groups require one and only one thing to begin, that being a ready and trained leader. At Allen we have an equipping track that will help us raise up disciples who can become future leaders to start new groups. We as leaders have to see everyone as potential and always be mentoring someone toward that goal. Remember the goal of cell ministry is cell mulitiplication, making room for more people that God is bringing from the Harvest.

A few weeks ago Eddie Downes and a few birthed out of Bill Dykes cell group and they both continue to grow. Last night Bill had 16 and Eddie had 11 people in their cell groups. You ask why are these groups growing and multiplying? My answer is this, they have a willingness to reach out and multiply! If you are a group leader and you are not inviting or don't have the passion to multiply then your group will not grow. It makes sense that God will send people to groups who have the vision for outreach and multiplication.

My biggest prayer request right now is for God to show us how to keep raising leaders and multiplying cells and what to do in the short run to keep the flow moving! Thank You Lord for the adventure of Cells!
